You need to keep in mind a couple of things when participating in our clinical trial. First of all, we want you to succeed. We have a lot of people that participate in our clinical trials and we issue refunds for them on a daily basis. This information is priceless to us.

You also need to keep in mind that sometimes we experience a larger than normal volume of requests for review and that customer service is not responsible for approving or declining results submissions. That is the job of our product development team. There is a good chance that there are other users waiting for review in queue ahead of you. We serve clinical trial refund requests on a priority basis. You need to be patient.

Once a decision in your case is reached, you will be notified.

Another thing to keep in mind, is that on weekdays after 5 pm ET and on weekends, our support systems are operated by sales representatives. They can help you complete your order but not offer you any kind of advice on product usage or offer any information about the status of your clinical trial refund.

A few things:

1) I'm not sure who suggested it, but putting on underwear and bringing my dick through the gap before putting on the X4 has made a huge difference. I can wear the thing for much longer now.

2) TimD talked about a size growth chart. Where is that?

3) Is there an X-4 User Gains Table, like the one kickinthemebs started for Phallosan?

I'm in the middle of my 2nd month of using the x4 labs extender. I read many say that you should be wearing the device for no less then 2 hrs at a time. I can only go 1.5 hrs then need to take off for circulation. I have also read many that swear by the VL tugger mod. VL tugger is a no go for me cos I'm circumcised but some ppl are using a vac extender mod with extenders that is basically the same, and can easily be worn 2 or more hrs w/out discomfort or needing a break. Is X4 familiar with these mods and if so what is your opinion? I have integrated a silicone sleeve into my routine to use after extending. This prevents turtling and keeps me in an ellongated state. I've read a lot of posts that claim resting in an ellongated state after extending is much better for gains, due to the cellular healing is taking place on a stretched penis instead if 1 that has shrunk down. Any thoughts or opinions on this theory?

I received my X4 Labs extender yesterday. The instructional dvd that was supposed to be included was not in the box. I contacted customer service and they are shipping it out to me.

Because of this, the only instructions I have are the written ones. They are very general and tell me how to put it on, but say very little about proper usage. I have looked on X4 labs website and have read this whole thread without finding an answer to my questions.

So here is my question. Do you need to be flaccid to wear the extender? Every time I try to put it on I get erect and I am not sure if that is ok. Also, do you have to wear it straight out, or can you point it down while wearing it?

if you will youtube search for (your choice) x4 extender, extender, etc
you will get a head start.
That erect thing happens to many, just let it subside. I found it easier to get fastened
in with a 'semi'.
Wear it for comfort, what ever position.

Okay, I have another question. How far below the glans should the strap be located? If I strech the shaft out with a grip just behind the glans then that would mean the strap would be about a fingers width away from the glans correct? I am having trouble with slippage so I want to make sure my strapping in technique is correct.

Hi gchi, thanks for a great question.

This one is somewhat tricky to answer, since pretty much every penis is shaped differently. Generally speaking, there is no right or wrong way to configure your X4 Labs Penis Extender device. Two things you need to keep in mind, being comfortable and eliminating slippage.

With our standard Hybrid Support there are two different methods you can use to secure the device to your penis. The comfort strap and the silicone tubing. This is a matter of preference. Generally I would say both should be secure behind the gland. Some people feel adding a sleeve to your shaft then securing the straps on top of it helps, others feel like the foam is enough, and others still feel like they don't need foam at all.

I urge you to experiment with different configurations until you feel great comfort and minimal slippage. This is why we like to include as many different straps as possible. Hopefully you ordered the InfiniteFit Quad Support System as well, which offers even more customization and really helps with slippage by providing a larger more stable surface area and the ability to strap in both front of back with either silicone tubing or comfort straps.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have the Quad support. I will try without the foam and see how that works. I have been thinking that it was my penis slipping inside the foam that was causing the slippage. I have the strap about as tight as I can safely get it. I was also thinking about trying self adhesive bandage in place of the foam. That stuff is kind of rubbery so it should offer a good grip.

i was just wondering if the memory foam comfort pads are washable? maybe in the sink if not in the washing machine?

Hi gchi, if you feel that adding something may make your setup more comfortable or solid, I say go for it. Unless of course it is something that may cause you harm in some way. If you ever do feel a loss in circulation though, because you are wearing the straps tight, take a short break. Ignoring reduced circulation is not a good idea. Please always practice safety first!
