If u pre-exhaust your penis by doing some tension stretches before you can cut down traning time from 9 hours to 4. So do them before.

I never used the the SG for 9 hours i just read in the forums that some people did.
I only used the SG for 4 hours a day. I cant find time to more, bcuz im busy with Work and other Things.
But if i understood your message clear. Then i should do some jelqing before using the SG ?

No, tension stretches not jelqing. If you search it you should easily find it.

You can use a stretching exercise or weight hanging to prestretch for your extender routine to save time.

"I used the SG for three months. Read everything about it thoroughly, made sure I understood what I was doing, used it on as much tension as I could without getting blue/cold glans.... And I didn't get so much as a centimeter in gains. Is this a common problem?"

I did not read your whole journal, but what I did read showed that your progress was not linear really. each extender session should be more challenging than the last. Did you feel challenged by any of your sessions?

yes, there were many sessions where I had to readjust the bars to be shorter because the glans was getting cold or blue. I usually wore it at as high a tension as I could without this happening. However, this would sometimes cause the hanger to slip off if I moved a certain way, so I use folded up toilet paper under the strap to help keep it tight. Even then this was note reflect tho
