The 1/2 inch more than flaccid stretched length is a guideline, but not everyone will be able to stretch that far in the beginning. Try the device on and allow enough stretching to make sure that you are getting the appropriate amount of tension. It is important that you make sure to stay in the same position, either seated or standing to make sure that the setting remains constant.

And I have watched the videos n saw the previous posts and they have been mostly complaints on traction and confusion. I would just like new functioning springs like others have demanded. People have spent a lot of money on these products. If you don't want to come off as a scam it would behoove you to provide replacements bars n better instructions showing people using it AT different tension settings

...I now understand how it works...You guys have to explain that the tension works when its strapped onto your piece and that tension is working against the natural longest possible extension of your penis. A demonstration by video would be great to show how tension works in practice and not by just mere instruction as its hard to understand the system. I had to toy around with it. But as a sales rep, maybe you can tell your company to make a video like that, if you care for your customers.

Kapitan,
Thank you for the advice.
You should have received a CD with your order and you should also have access to the Penis Health member's area where more instructions and videos are available. I have sent you a follow PM.

Hi...I'm new to SG and frustrated. It says to set it to 1 cm longer than outstretched penis. I'm 6.25 in when I stretch as far as I can, so 6.5 in is about 1 cm longer. When I use the device its uncomfortable when I set to 6.5 in. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong...any help and advice is appreciated... Thanks

The guideline is about 1 cm past your erect length, but you should test yourself out on the device first to see what you are comfortable handling. If you are not comfortable with 1 cm above your erect length, then please adjust the rod length accordingly.
There should be just enough rod lengths to get the desired level of tension.
