Wondering how long I should be taking breaks for in between sessions... 5-10 minutes?

I'd like to wear it at work so hopefully it's not too long

5 minutes or maybe a bit more in between extender sessions during a workout is enough. You can do your kegels during that time plus tend to any other needs.

Hi,

I recently brought a Size-Genetics Complete System and I want to return it. I have contacted Darren from customer service but he was of no help and didn't follow up to my response. I am completely frustrated because I was promised a 6 month money-guarantee. I need help.

For some reason only the left side of the bar goes in when I try to increase tension. Can anybody help me?

I am interested in purchasing a SG system and it states on your website that if you take a before and after picture you can get it for free. I e-mailed asking for specific information on how to qualify for this promotion but have not heard back. Would you be able to provide details?

Are you encountering resistance when you attempt to screw in the rod or in getting it to depress when you apply tension?

You wound not need to contact them before you plan on entering. Take a before picture (erect and flaccid and next to a tape measure) right before you start using the device. Once you have achieved your goals then take the after picture in the same way and send it in as per the instructions on https://www.sizegenetics.com/us/free-device-offer/ for your discount.
