Hello Bob,thank you for sharing you thought and expression, I bought the full system extender about a year ago and I haven't seen good results with it and I been combining the extender with the bathmate routine and I notes that I hit the plateau, do you have any suggestions or solution for it .

The Ultimate model is capable of 2800 g of tension maximum.

The Ultimate Comfort System model goes to 2800gs. You were given another model besides the Ultimate.

If you are sure you ordered the Ultimate Comfort System model then you would need to dispute the delivery. I can assist you with that.
