I've only been into pe for a little over 2 months now. I have used the SG during this time and seen some good gains. I've used the recommended routine as best i can. Some days I'm having a hard time wearing the device for 8 or more hours without breaks every 45 minutes to an hour. Does that affect you results?

The medium rod is too short, I cant get any traction and the longer rod is too long, I can't stretch it enough to secure it properly. What to you suggest?

You can adjust the direction of the device upwards to decrease the tension with the longer rod or downwards to increase the tension with the shorter rod.

I wear it a solid 2 hours then take a 30 minute break then for another hour and a half but as the day goes on it can be hard wear it for an hour sometimes and i take more frequent breaks

I've tried to return this using your money back guarantee without sucess. Its very interesting that you have to use it for 120 days without any rest days for this to work. So questions:

Do you really think ppl will gain if they use it for 120 and not 110 days?

Why dont you recommend a program, that has no break days if this is what you need to return it? Quite the opposite you recommend to take break days, even if you dont, during 4 months there will be days when you just CANT use it. Load it with just enough rods in the up position before the tension starts to set in and then change positions to the middle or down to get tension. The springs should be bearing the load. The stretch is not going to be intense but you should notice it.

Take a break for every 45 minutes. It should help you train without hard wearing.

You have to use it acording to that link for 4 months without taking a rest day. Bobby, is that really something you recommend people doing? What If im at the hospital cause of an accident and can only use it for 115 instead of 120. Then I cant return it nice right?

Still I wonder: You need to use it for 120 straight, without a rest day to return it. Why dont you then recommend this kind of routine for ppl who buy it? Otherwise they miss the chance to get thier money back
