Thanks for the answer.
When I bought SG I had plenty of time to use it, but not now.
Now I only have 02h30min to train per day and in a few days I have more.
So I ask your opinion about how to manage this time effectively.
That is, what is your opinion about what type of training I should follow and how to make SG device useful with this time reduction.
What's your advice? What is your choice if you were in these conditions to achieve your growth goals?

Adjusting the tension by turning the hexagons unscrews the bars most of the time. Is this common?
Took a year break like a lame-o, lesson learned...anyway

Hello
I recently purchased the SE extender and am bit disappointed as I don’t think if suits my case but I’m here to get feedback . First I haven’t received any dvd in the box and I already sent an email to complain. Secondly I think it doesn’t work for me ... unfortunately I have loads of skin and no matter what wrap support I use - whenever I try ti fix behind my gland my skin will always roll back and cause the strap to slide away . I tried with rubber skin and same story . On the other hand if I stretch all my skin forward ( opposite of rolling back ) it kind work but cause lots of pain on my strected skin and also it seems the extender is exerting more traction on my skin rather than the muscle fibres . This eventually I think might cause more skin lengthening than actual shaft muscle !
Still not sure if I can apply a fix to this or other users have experienced a similar issue. I might be inclined to think a vacuum device is better for me (like Phallosan ) or maybe trying a TLC Tugger in conjunction with the SE extender ..
