    Wow thanks Nams im pretty sure i made up my mind on the vacuum! Hey master gauge you should post so pictures of how to make that thing, probably help out a ton of members looking to get big without spending the big bucks.

    I will mention that I plan to buy a Malehanger when I go back to work to replace it, This one is more or less to get me going and to see if it was the right style of hanger for me.. Crude lookin but it works.. I changed the padding on it and wrap the same as in the instructional videos on the malehanger site..

    I have used them all and after gains stopped I put the LG to the test and gained another 3/the so far with half the weight and longer hanging session's.

    I've use the Bib Starter, the Bib Regular, the Bib hardcore and the LG.

    There are pros and cons to everything. You can really load up the weight on a compression hanger, but you must spread your time over many sets with a lot of fuss. Bib hanging is also very painful on some days (and almost always quite painful for the first 5 minutes)

    The LG is not capable of nearly as much weight, and vacuum blisters can be a real concern especially on really long sets (>60 minutes in my experience). But, I have reached the same level of fatigue with the LG at lighter weights and longer sets as I have with the Bib at much higher weights (3-4x) at 20 minute sets.

    I think they are both very feasible methods still. You just have to weigh your own pros and cons with these very different devices

    Looks nearly Identical to my first DIY hanger! I started off hanging with it and used it successfully up to 12 lbs. Kudos for making your own!
