Minimal tension, less than 600 grams the first week or two so you get accustomed to it.
Then try running with about 600 or so grams for a few months. Go for comfort !Valued Member of 11 years at the TheBiohackerLooks are deceiving, mirrors don't lie.

Does anyone know the different tension amounts on the lines? i heard 700g first line, 1400 next line, the 2100 last line, not sure if thats right tho...im so confused on how to add the tension, im probably doing it right, but i dont wanna be wasting my time without enough tension, and i also dont wanna have too much and be hurting myselfCurrent Stats: BPEL: 6.25 (4-4-12)

The newer model follows the schedule you mentioned. Mine is 3.5 years old and increases by 500 gr per line.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

That left me with my ligs pulling back, something I consider a set back. Just take it easy, and stretch gradually. Don't over do it!
Are there any videos showing me where to begin? im so lost on setting up the tension and tension rodsCurrent Stats: BPEL: 6.25 (4-4-12)
