Thread: Recommendations for Extender rest days..

    Due to work I am able to wear my extender LONGER on the weekends, however these are also the two days which I take off from my manual routine.

    Would it be better to do this... E (extender) M (manual) R (rest)

    M: E + M
    T:E + M
    W:E + M
    T:E + M
    F:E + M
    S:Rest
    S:Rest

    Or this....

    M:M
    T:M
    W:E + M
    T:E + M
    F:E + M
    S:E

    I think it’s good to have at least one day totally off from PE.


    I'm doing my manual routine monday - friday and using phallosan sunday afternoon to friday/saturday morning. So I get two days of from manual work and 1,5 days off from my extender.


    If I had to choose between your two suggestions I would pick the first one with the weekends off and rest from PE.

    Thanks for the reply's as far as my manual routine goes 5 on 2 off is PERFECT In regards to the extender I can get more out of it if I don't use it for two of my manual days and instead use it on weekends. However this doesn't leave me with any FULL rest days. I was thinking using the extender on its own wouldn't be enough to over train as i'm still using it for 5 days per week.

    In time you can work up to extending 6 days a week. You should have at least one rest day a week though. Taking a week off every few weeks is a good idea too.

    That was my dilemma, as you can see from both options I do my manual 5 times a week and use my extender 5 times per week. However in the second option which has no full rest days I am able to use my extender for a longer period of time. Would you still recommend FULL rest days off from PE exercises in this respect?

    You should have at least one full rest day per week of training. Even if you think your penis can take it it is good to have at least one day off to rest your brain from training too.
