  • Length Routine

    Just read about my limiting factors, and I would like to do more length oriented exercises. I have been PEing for about 4 months now with good newbie gains(about .5"length and almost .5 in girth), but would like to keep it going. Any good suggestions? Just looking for what has worked for the veterans out there! Thanks!
    Start:6.10" BPEL 4.5" EG
    Goal: 8" BPEL 6.0" EG

    Anyone? I was hoping for some input on a good routine for length to add to my current routine.

      Denny, three things you need to do.

      (1) Warm-up: very very very well. 15-20 minutes with a good amount of HEAT
      (2) Stretch, Stretch, Stretch: stretch 2 times a day for about 30 minutes. Mix it up, short intense stretches, longer stretches, fulcrum stretches
      (3) Jelq at LOW erection levels
      Everyone dies...
