Well iv been really doing some intense stretching routines leaves me feeling good fatigue and a nice dangle in my briefs. Im really hoping to keep adding to my length, but i also want to do girth and to be specific pumping. Any think that pumping will actually help after my length training just due to holding the length out/being longer in the tube with the combination of expanding my penis? or will the stretching be the only thing that helps my length and the pump only help my girth?
