I have recently been using the VacExtender3 cylinder and sleeve (bigger in diameter than regular AutoX sleeve) before and after extending sessions. Using prior to extending it "limbers" up my penis like a warm up session allowing more extension stretch (at least 1/4 inch) during a 1.5 hour extending session. After the extending session, it keeps my dick in an extended state as discussed in my previous post. I am waiting for a good erection to take a 3 year measurement. Having ED makes it difficult to measure on demand.

I gave up on them a while ago. They kept tearing on me and got to be uncomfortable for me.

My soft sleeve got a hole in it so I am using a new hard sleeve as of today. Currently, I cut the sleeve as delivered into thirds. That works fine but it doesn't leave me enough material if I need to trim off damage for some reason.

The short (1/3 length), hard, sleeve developed a hole after three weeks. I am now using a longer (1/2 length) medium sleeve.Pirate Diplomacy:

Nay, only modest gains but gains none the less.
I finally had to change sleeves again. The one I started using on 1/28/13 developed a small hole, that I could work around, about 3 weeks ago. But yesterday, I discovered a second hole that makes the sleeve unusable.
So I am using another medium (light blue) sleeve cut to half the length of the shipped length.Last edited by Pirate; 04-23-2013 at 08:37 PM.
