Been using the Vacutech system for about a month, but six hours after use, I get a soreness at the base of my penis. Almost itchy. Are these just sore ligaments? Sore skin? Been taking 1 to 2 days off until the soreness goes down.
Besides that, good results.

Probably all the tissue from the suction. Itchiness might be from the healing, or blood pulled close to surface.
Sounds like a smart move to take the rest. Maybe check seating of the base and/or pressure and times.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
