Question for the advanced hangers out there.. The "over the leg angle", that can be preformed in a few different positions? Like sitting, laying on the bed, etc. What would be the best place to start with that? The stuff i found to read wasn't too clear in the description..
Start: 11/2013: BPEL: 4.73" MEG: 4.5"
Best: BPEL: 7" MEG: 5.625"
Current:BPEL: 7" MEG: 5.5"

Any over the leg hanging I've done has been while seated and leaning back slightly. When done correctly, you should feel a good solid stretch right at the side of the base of the penis. The objective here is to hit the ligaments here with a different angle, so there is plenty of room for variance in exactly how you do it

Well I shot this question out to the hanger crowd here before without much luck so here it is again.. I think I'm getting to the point maybe I should look at this.. I geared up to hang over the leg while sitting.. That was fine but it feels like I could hang 20 lbs easy doing that.. It doesn't feel like it would be any good.. Is there anyone that can point me to the "how to" pics or videos for some ideas.. It just doesn't feel like I'm getting enough traction.. would sitting straight legged on the edge of the bed for one side then the other do the trick??

I do this using my pulley set-up. Hang SO while sitting, twist the chair and you're getting over the leg.
I do a 45˚ and 80˚ on each side. The pulley gives you much more variability in angle and less friction limiting the tension felt on the ligs.
