FINALLY got my hanger and weights in the mail. Ready to start, and ive read through blink's hanging guide... but im overwhelmed by all the info and still at a loss about where to begin... Seems like it ore-supposes that the reader has some knowledge of hanging (or maybe not; still haven't had my coffee yet)
i think what im most confused about are the angles; how do i know which ones i should do? and maybe i misunderstood something in the guide, but how the hell does one hang "straight out" or even "straight up"?

Straight out or straight up you will need some kind of pulley or thing to hang the weight off. Hanging straight down or between the ass cheeks does not require anything. Check out this link, it is a good starter one: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...ing-101-a.html

I found the hardest part is attaching the hanger, so it is comfortable. This take practice. After that, start hanging straight down with light weights for 2-4 sets. I would often shift my hips slightly to get the wight lightly swinging in a circular motion, clockwise for a few minutes then counter clockwise for a few minutes. This provided a bit more of a stretch during the routine.
As time goes by you will slowly increase weight. I never did any other angles than straight down and had great results.(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

Thanks kick, that guides a huge help. Completely forgot about it
seems like I'm ready to go.... All I need is a means of warming up. Would get a rice sock but I don't have a microwave, and don't want one unless absolutely necessary. Any other way?
when I was using the BAthmate I tried warming up witha cloth soaked in hot water.... But it cooled off very quickly, so not very optimal if I need to warm up for 10 full minutes

Stick with SD or BTC, you wont need to change for a long time. I would hang that way until you stop gaining.

Cool, hope you enjoy hanging, it is definitely my new favourite form of PE (although my pump is looking at me now, saying "I thought I was your favourite). Feels like a proper workout after finishing!
