    I've been experimention hanging at upward angles and if I feel my penis under stretch the tough internals feel wide or flat if that makes any sense. Just wondering if this is normal and if that info could be used to make hanging more effective ie; hanging over the leg, different angles, etc.

    Mine is the same. I have set my focus on trying more time at lighter weight.

    I had been up to 35 pounds for 20 minutes and the chord was strong so gains stopped.

    I think different tendons and ligs are designed for different things on a personal by person basis and mine seemed like the are designed for short term high strength applications.

    My theory is that mine will give under tension for longer sessions.

    Today I have 1 1/2 hours of hanging and 4 1/2 hours of tension stretching and I am working towards 10 hours a day en route to test this theory.

    That's interesting. I'm leaning towards that route as well. Lower tension for longer time. Have u noticed a difference in progress when u made that transition?
