Anyone have a blueprint to build your own? I am experimenting with a Gatorade bottle and Velcro. I figured that I could use water and then progress to lead fishing weights at some point. I don't want to reinvent the wheel. Anyone here made a similar device?

If you get some silicone tubing and a pill container thats wide enough you can make a vacum hanger

My DIY version of the LG works great, though actually molding it to my penis turned out to not be necessary. The sky is the limit, the are lots of DIY options that can perform as well as commercial hangers
