    Okay I hang 2-3 hours everyday and right now I'm around 5-6 lbs. I can't believe how big my base is getting. It's most obvious when I have a chubby. I have 156 hanging hours logged with the phallosan and those 156 hours have drastically changed my penis compared to the 1k hours I logged extending. One big thing I noticed recently is now when I take a hot shower my flaccid hang is around 5-5.5 inches non bone pressed. Anyone else have similar experiences? I think everyone using the phallosan should also dedicate 2 hours a day to hang with it.

    Thinking about picking up the vacextender mode so I can finally wear my X4. Apparently you can also hang with it, so this is even more motivation to actually bite the bullet and pick one up.

    Well done PursuingPerfection, great work put in! I have started hanging a while back and am a little over 100 hours, and up to 5.5 lbs, and yes it is working!! The most noticeable for me is the flaccid hang, a lot longer and thicker, but the same as you it is the flaccid base girth that has amazed me the most. I look forward to measuring my BEG in a few weeks


    The vachanger3 by autoextender doubles up as an extender and ADS too. It was only released shortly ago, but I am really enjoying mine for hanging, not used it for an ADS or extender though.

    Thanks guys. Kick, that's so awesome that you're experiencing the same thing. You guys don't think my routine is too much though do you? I wear the phallosan 10 hours a day, hang 2 hours and now I'm starting to jelq again. I read the other night that if you do too much your nerves can't grow fast enough to keep up and you start getting nerve damage. Any truth to this? I want to avoid all nerve damage... Sometimes I worry that 5-6 lbs hanging off my dick, mainly the head area where the suction is is doing damage... It never hurts the next day or anything though... However my suspensory ligs are sore most the time which is good.

    When you say your base girth is growing huge, how far up the shaft do these gains happen? (a finger width, one inch etc...)

    2 hours of hanging + 10 hours of phallosan extending IS quite a lot. Putting jelqing on top of that would seem like too much to me. How are your PIs with the two hours of hanging and 10 hours of extending? I have been hanging for 3-5 hours most days and pumping sessions (1 hour) and that feels like quite a lot or certainly enough.

    I would probably reconsider the jelqing, or else slightly cut back on the phallosan hours to say 8 hours if you want to include jelqing. Let us know how your PIs are and what your EQ is like?
