Recently started clamping to loosen up my circ scar but noticed its amazing for my eq, and after 4 days (only 2 of those clamping) I have a bigger flaccid, etc.
My question is how much is too much. My current plan is to do clamping for 20-60 minutes 3x a week. Is this enough?
I'm conditioned so don't worry, this is more a thread about your experiences and perhaps some advice by seasoned clambers
