After a lot of reading it seems that ligaments respond well to high amounts of weight whilst the tunica responds well to low weights but high volume/time.... correct?
This being said.. would traditional hangers (compression) be best suited for ligament deformation because of there ability to have a lot of weight applied? And Vacuum hangers best suited for tunica deformation due to the long sets they can achieve at low weights?
Also a side question... Are tunica gains endless?
Many thanks,
JF

In my limited personal hanging experience:
1. From what I have heard, higher weights seem to hit ligs more. Not sure if lower weights automatically means that they hit the tunica more. I think/feel that longer duration sets can fatigue the tunica more than the ligs, even with lower weights, but it is not a given that light weights themselves fatigues the tunica more.
2. I think so, from what I have heard from others who use compression hangers, they don't have much tunica fatigue, it is predominantly in the ligs. I 100% get fatigue in my tunica long before even a hint of ligs fatigue.

1.I mean to say that if you were targeting the tunica directly (rsdt fulcrum, ots, so) it would be better to do longer sets at a lighter weight than visa versa. I think this shows when people move from lig work to tunica work they have to dramatically drop the weight. Also I think that the tunica is more susceptible to toughening than the ligs.
3. I believe that tunica gains could be endless. When you are doing ligament work you are STRETCHING the ligs out but not creating more ligament tissues, which I think is impossible? However when it comes to the tunica you are stretching/ADDING more than you had before. If I am wrong or if anybody knows especially BigAl or Dr ric (as they are somewhat the professors of PE), I would love to know.

Here's how I proceeded in a most general sense I cannot go into the details but I think the overview will give some insights. I proceeded with the bib hanger ( please understand the LG hanger had not been invented at that time) with straight down and BTC hanging for several years, I gained two inches and then plateaued for at least a year at around 25 to27 pounds. I was not enthusiastic about exceeding this weight, as it became particularly uncomfortable. Therefore I went to the fulcrum, and reduce the weight by at least half or even more than half to start off with for safety reasons, and as I got the feel for over a year I gained another inch. That was a total of three inches. The primary exercises I found to be most helpful is number one the straight down and BTC, number two after you have exhausted number one the fulcrum. This combination should give you quite substantial gains in my view.
With the LG Hanger a number of constructive additional exercises are enabled, such as the straight down bundled exercise which I think is a major innovation that can only be performed by the LG hanger. This is the same thing as the bundled stretch exercise, which you can access on PE Gym. Except, you can sustain this exercise with the LG Hanger for substantial longer periods of time, without manually holding your penis. Please bear in mind this is an advanced exercise, and should not be taken lightly. But in due course as you become more advanced you will be able to execute this exercise in very gratifying way.
I designed the LG hanger which is an expansion hanger to essentially accomplish the same thing without clamping the Dickens out of your Dickens, as some of my students were not entirely comfortable with clamp hangers. Having said that I think "Bigger" ushered in significient innovations into major penis enlargement, an admirable innovation still available today, I recommend as far as clamp hangers, only the Bib Hanger, not not the current counterfeit products. I trust this sheds light on the situation.
