It is very useful. The pelvic muscles help to "short circuit" the early ejaculatory response. The stronger they are - the more you can control them and flex them , which helps to significantly prevent premature ejaculation. We showed very significant results in our 4-month clinical trial with preventing premature ejaculation. Here are two other very good studies that show the effectiveness of pelvic muscle exercises in preventing PE: http://www.privategym.com/research-library/

Wow, that is a pretty good research resource of scientific articles. Must have a read of a few of them when I have a bit of time.

Welcome to the Pe Gym David. I wanted to ask with comparison you said about skeletal muscles(biceps), does your program include warm up exercises like stretching or heat, prior to and after beginning your workout routine? Has your company done any research on foods or supplements that would help the pelvic floor muscles increase in strength or recover quicker? Thank you.

Thanks so much - our program doesn't include stretching and heat. Although - that is a good practice - especially as you get into the more advanced routines. We have done research into supplements that help with pelvic muscle recovery and blood flow. There are several that have been studied that have shown promising results and are used for a broad range of fitness routines including L-arginine, L-Citrillune, Citrulline Malate, and AstraGin. These amino acids tend to support greater Nitric Oxide production in the body and blood flow. If you are exercising the rest of your body - a good post recovery workout supplement will also help the pelvic muscles. I really like the guys at Physical Addictions. They have been around for decades and they specialize in exercise nutrition - PhysicalAddictions - Home - PhysicalAddictions.com
