So what kind of gains could one expect in length or girth with your product alone?

The product alone will help you achieve your current full potential - - by dramatically strengthening your pelvic muscles you are able to create the maximum hyptertension in the penis, providing you with your hardest erection. At one level, the harder you are, the larger and thicker you are as well. However, The Private Gym program alone will not increase you size and girth beyond what you penis is currently capable of. As you perform PE exercises and training, the pelvic muscles become even more important, since you will need to be able to push more blood into the expanded penile tissues etc. Let me know if this is helpful or if you have any other questions.

A little late. But, welcome indeed David.
I just stumbled onto the Private Gym, only a few minutes ago. And here it pops up on the "What's New" thread.
I will definitely be looking more into your product. Has me very curious.
On a funny side note: As a teen I used to hang from or put over my penis, various objects and weight lift test myself. I even showed off for my wife on a few occasions. She would smirk and was surprise at how much I could actually "lift" with it. I did because I could and found it fun and amusing as well.

I suspect my PC muscle fitness can get better, because I noticed during growth period in Length specifically my EQ tends to be jumpy and needs more constant stimulation during sex to stay at 8-10 range. I know its normal and as my body adjusts to the new gains EQ stabilizes but I think I can eliminate that gap if my PC muscle is properly conditioned. If there is one thing I can get better in my current PE routine is the conditioning of my PC muscle. So looking forward to following the program.Started Sept 2014: BPEL 7.25...EG 5.30
Current: BPEL 8.65...BPFSL 9.25...MEG 5.75...BEG 5.9
