Hey guys I just went to the hardware store and got a pipe repair clamp but im trying to figure out the best way to run the shoe string that im using through the clamp. Ive been looking through saiyan22's old threads but im having trouble finding out how he weaves the rope through the clamp. Is anyone else using a repair clamp to hang with? Thanks in advance.
I was at the hardware store last week and saw pipe repair clamp and thought it looked like a Bib Hanger and got it right away. Mines is 1.5 x 3 and fits like a glove. I just got a shoe sting and tied it on both ends and hang the weights. Ive never owned a Bib Hanger but the stretch was amazing. Im curently doing a day split of three times a day with 2 20 min sets each time with a ten min break and edge for 5 min. First workout is at 8am, second at 1pm and third one at 7pm. Good looking out. Well i just started and doing the recommended 2lb and will add 1lb per week but will defenetely get those shark tarp clamps as my weight increases.
YEah definitely start with low weights. I worked up to 23 lbs
