i just have a question ... how effective is hanging 3 sets in the night and 3 sets in the morning as opposed to hanging 6 sets at once???....i ask becasue after doing 3 sets in the night my foreskin becomes kinda sore and it becomes a pain in the butt so i stop , wakes early in the morning and do another other 3 sets to make the 6...

It's best you work up to 6 sets, stay at 3 sets a day and then add 1 set each week until you reach 6 sets.

yes i have ...i've been hanging since november last year..started off with 3 sets worked my way up to 6 sets sets but the problem started when the weights started to up... the most i can do now is 4 sets after that the foreskin hurts!!

Most hangers would say 3 Sets in the morning and 3 at night is the best. I would agree with them.

Yup, I would agree with BigO agreeing that others agree that 3 sets in the morning and 3 in the evening is best for most

I mean depending on what weight your using if your going to do 6 sets all together your prone to reach fatigue easier. I noticed that myself when I hung 6 sets back to back.
I do split sets right now and I noticed that I was able to handle my maximum weight much easier by doing so.
All in all just get your hanging done and fit it into your schedule.Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
