I've noticed that people who use the bib or other compression hangers have a higher MAX weight than those who use Vac Hangers. However they only seem to spend 1-2 sets at this weight before they drop back to a relatively low weight.
On the other hand... those who have Vac hangers seem to stay at their MAX weight for a longer duration 1-2+ Hours. Can anyone explain what difference this might make if any?

I use compression hanger(BIB) and I do not drop that low currently. I'm at over 13lb right now and only drop to 12.2lb.
Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"
