Hi Everyone just now i have started stretching exercises and its been two days started clamping technique, i want to know what are the benefits of clamping, will this technique help me to length gains? i can see girth its good, but i want length i do maximum 15 minutes per clamping technique session. And will this create a big penis head? any exercise which can make my penis head big ?? Need your help guys.....

Hi and welcome to the Gym!
If you are new to PE, and it sounds as if you are, I would strongly recommend you stop clamping and start with a good beginner program such as the JP90 beginner's routine.

Why are you clamping if you goal is length? Clamping is a girth exercise.

Go to the START HERE button on the top of the page. Start with a beginners routine. Clamping should not be done for at least a year. Start slowly and safely. Welcome, and thanks for joining us..
