  • Some hanging problems with bib starter.

    So I can't really find much on what I am feeling is good or not. But, some people talk about doing the BTC stretch n stuff, but whenever I do that, it feels like it's just tearing the top of my dick apart, not like heavy weight, just I don't feel like it's really pulling anything except for the top.

    The only way I don't feel that type of pain there is if I am bent over a bit so it's almost like in between SO and SD.

    My flaccid isn't big, so it's a bit difficult putting the hanger on right.



    Should I just go through that pain, will it get better, and is that the type of feeling I am going for? (probably not)

    It should never hurt that much. Either lower the weight, or Dont do that position.

      I think because of my flaccid size, it kinda pinches the top in that angle I guess. I'll have to see what else I can find and see if anyone has video/photo of hanging with the bib starter to see if I am doing it entirely right. (Already followed a video about using it correctly, just not this way).

        I Dont have a bib. You should maybe ask BigO or one of the others from the hanging group. Maybe call the manufacturer for advice. All I know for sure is Dont do any PE that hurts that much. Good luck, stay safe.

          Bibs forums have every thing you can think of asked and answered.

          Have you read hanging 101?

          What weight are you starting with?

          How are you wrapping and with what, size of wrap in width and length.

          How many days have you been hanging and finally, where are you placing your wrap and then your hanger?

          I know it's a lot but answer the best you can and I will follow up in the morning.

                Hanging with a bib may seem impossible at first and it will take a week or two but once you get it, it's awesome.

                  What weight are you starting with?
                  I have started with 2lbs.

                  How are you wrapping and with what, size of wrap in width and length.
                  I am using the theraband that came with the bib hanger. The size, I didn't measure it, the suggest size on the hanging 101 was to large for length, and to small for gith on me, it only had fit around my penis about 3/4th.

                  How many days have you been hanging and finally, where are you placing your wrap and then your hanger?
                  As I am typing, I am doing my 5th day right now. My wrap, if I can, I place it in the middle, so that as suggested in one of the videos I watched, to have some foreskin above it to help prevent slipping off or to protect the mushroom tip. My hanger just goes right on top of it. My flaccid isn't really long at all, so I have to stretch my penis to put the wrap on, and for the hanger.


                  I think it hurts for what I wrote above, is because my flaccid size isn't well fitting into the hanger.

                    There are two primary types of wrap for hanging.

                    The theraband is the method preferred by bib and many of the hangers at his forums and all over the world of pe.

                    The best results are usually found with longer strip from 14 to 18 inches long to an inch to an inch and a half wide.

                    You want the wrap to create a solid and stable bundle for the hanger to grasp. It should start from an inch to an inch and a half behind the coronal ridge. It should reach back at least 3 inches toward the base but further is ok And will help reduce turkey neck.

                    To start your wrap go once around the shaft loosely then a second pass snuggling a bit. You will spiral downwards going back about 1/4 inch back with each subsequent pass. As you wrap keep enough tension to stretch your theraband about 1/2 to one inch away/stretching away from your shaft.

                    A proper wrap should keep you extended but still allow you to pee (barely).

                    Now the other universally accepted wrap (and my favorite).

                    Self adhering ace wrap over sweat/soft shirt material.

                    The soft shirt should be a 6 to 8 inch long strip by 2 to 3 inches wide. You can spiral a little with the longer strip but as long as you go around one and 1/2 to 2 times over your shaft your good.

                    Over this you will take the self adhering wrap and go around your shaft the same way. Snug it up as you would the theraband, snug but barely able to piss.

                    This wrap should start at the same place as the first wrap.

                    Now your wrapped. I always preferred about an inch and 1/2 behind my coronal ridge.

                    Now we get the hanger on. You must first have it adjusted close to where you want. You will have to change it a few times to dial it in.

                    A good place to start is 1/4 of an inch behind the leading edge of your wrap.

                    When it is close you will be able to tighten it almost until your teeth mesh. If they are not beginning to mesh it's too tight. If they mesh completely your adjusteD to big.

                    You will only adjust your hanger with the bottom side adjusting bolts. The top bolt will always be for putting it on and taking it off. Once your hanger is adjusted properly you should never touch the bottom bolts again.

                    Now the hanger is on, you will snug it down just enough to keep it from falling off. Now stretch out your penis that is in front of the hanger and squeeze it hard enough to push all the blood out of the front shaft and glans.

                    Start to snug the hanger down and gently pull it forward. If it moves pull it back and tighten a few turns. Pull it again and keep repeating this procedure of pulling, sliding back and tightening. This is called pulse pushing.

                    You will do this until you can not make the hanger slide forward. When it can not slide forward you have created shoulders for the hanger to grasp. Now you are ready to apply weight.

                    Now your hanging and all is good but you will find after a few minutes you can actually reach down and realize that you can turn the locking bolt a few more turns. This is because it takes a few minutes for the hanger to squeeze all the lymph fluids and blood from your penis.

                    This all will take practice and at times it will get very frustrating but don't give up. Take notes. Write down where you started the wrap. How much tension, how many threads showing on your bottom bolts.

                    It will suck balls for a week or two but a properly adjusted bib hanger will become comfortable and you will get use to it.

                        I am not sure about the reason. I know that hanging in the beginning can give some increased levels of arousal.

                        If your having trouble achieving an erection after hanging that is normal too but usually once your in the heavier weight ranges.

                        The troubles could be from the hanger sliding on you. It can desensitized you until the issues are corrected.

                          I also took a fat burner about a month ago, and realized thats where some problems started to. I took Gaspari Detonate. It worked great, but it really fucked with me overall. I do weight lifting n stuff, so decided to take a fat burner again before I started taking something else. All I can say is, that fat burner didn't do good to my dick.

                          If I want to masturbate, I have to force myself now, I don't get that feeling anymore to do it.

                            Fat burners are all hype there is not one on the market that burns fat. They raise blood pressure and cause dehydration.

                            Cardiovascular will always burn more fat than any pill.

                            The desire not to whack off is a hit your EQ has taken most likely due to the incorrect hanging procedure. take a week from actual hanging and work only on adjusting.

                            Masturbation will not help you grow in anyway other than temporarily. Once you goo it's back to limpville. Edging is not the same as masturbating.

                              Well, the stimulants do help in a form of increase metabolic rate, but it's not worth it. I was taking it on a cutting cycle, but that shit is just to hard for me now.

                              I've had the desire to not masturbate before hanging to, a tad bit before the fat burner. Then the fat burner just took it to a whole other level But dunno, I guess I don't know myself really that well.
