  • Very Promising Bathmate Routine I have found!

    This Bathmate routine that I devised through alot of research sounds like it can bring bathmate users permanent size gains in the shortest amount of time. I myself have been injured for the past year and a half so I havent tried the routine out and I may never be lucky enough to ever do PE again. But I still am facinated by the science of it and would like to share my ideas with u guys who have helped me these last few years along with the guys just starting out.
    I put some time into researching this so please give it a read and comment down below on any questions or critiques you guys have.




    The Routine:

    1) about 1 hour before the bathmate session, in between meals take 2 capsules of 1000mg L Arginine & L Citruline along with 1 capsule of Ginko Biloba and Pycnogenol, to release maximum blood flow to the penis. (I would also recommend 1 tsp. of Cistanche if you realy want to channel blood flow to your genitals).

    2) before a hot bath massage your penis with Evening Primrose oil or even better Borage oil for about 10 minutes. The Gamma Linolenic Acid in Borage oil converts to prostaglandin E-1 and enhances stretching ability in the penis when either pumping or jelqing.

    3) sit In a very hot bath (as hot as u can handle) and mix a good amount of magnesium bath flakes or epsom salts to the water for added circulation and relaxation. You can also put essential oils in the bath such as (Aphrodesiac Synergy Essential oil Blend - you can get this on Amazon cheap & it works) to enhance arousal. then soak in the hot bath for 10 or 15 minutes to warm up your penis.

    4) before you enter the bathmate you can through a few light jelqs in if you want to warm up more. You can also message some L Arginine HCL gel into your penis before entering the bathmate. Then If you are a beginer enter the bathmate flaccid or slightly aroused and pump to where u feel comfortable and stay in the bathmate for 10 minutes. If you are experienced then you already know what to do and go in Erect for 15 to 25 minutes. (I recomment listening to NOT WATCHING a porno while u are in the bathmate if u can to enhance arousal). you should also throw in a few kegels here and there while in the bathmate.

    5) when you are finished with the bathmate workout, release the pump and relax in the hot tub for another 10 minutes. Then Get under the shower and alternate freezing cold water with scorching hot water for as long as you can take it without hurting yourself, do 3 times as cold as you can handle & 3 times as hot as u can handle. This drastically imroves circulation...Then when you get out of the shower throw in some more kegels then when u dry I recommend massaging in a healing cream such as Lingham cream. I have tried it and it does increase blood flow drastically. (But I dont recommend it if you are prone to high blood pressure or heart problems!), If you are Arginine gel, Vitamin E oil or Magnesium oil work to but dont cause as much vasilodation.

    6) When you are done with the routine, I recommend taking the chinese herbs like Cistanche & Ginko biloba with a meal some time afterward, and doing a few kegels hear and there to ensure blood flow. Also eat alot of Cruciferous vegetables such as (Broccoli, Brussell sprouts, Couliflour, Kale, Swiss Chard, Red Cabbage ect.) and also (Ginger, hot peppers, Avocados, raw eggs, Onions, Get Garlic extract capsules, pumpkin seeds, Walnuts, maybe get a good quality Oyster Extract Supplement for absorbable Zinc) & Drink plenty of Fresh Water and some Pomegranate juice is good to. When u excersize the most important excersizes are Short sprints (30secs. run as fast as u can and rest for 2mins after then repeat) Sprints increase HGH levels. Then doing High intensity Weight lifting is recommended to.

    7) at night (this is when the growth happens). you should be asleep by 930 on PE days because HGH is released between 10pm and 2am and makes u grow. Then about 2 hours before bed eat a 2 handfulls of Raw Fava beans ( Fava beans when digested are converted to L Dopa in the body wich creates human growth hormone), Then about an hour or 2 before bed you can make a Shake or Mixture with supplements like an Mucuna Pruriens & Cistanche along with a capsule of L Tyrosine, 2 capsules of L Glutamine & L Lysine and a capsule of L Arginine & L Citruline, then Add a 30mg capsule of Chelated Zinc. Then u can mix it with Coconut milk or a protien powder if u workout. This concoction will release optimum HGH for your penis to heal the micro tears you created from the bathmate session.

    8) Repeat this process 4 times a week 1 day on 1 day off. (Make sure not to use the supplements like Cistanche, Mucuna Pruriens, Borage or Primrose oil, Lingham cream or L Tyrosine or Oyster Extract everyday to ensure that you dont become dependant on these supplements & dont get any bad side effects from overdosing. Only use them on PE workout days and see how u fell while using them too.

    P.S: If you are worried about loosing your hair from using herbs or creams like Lingham cream or Cistanche or Mucuna pruriens, you can use a Ketoconazole Shampoo Called "Regenepure Dr." Its known to block DHT from getting to your follicles but not affecting DHT systematically. you can also use a good quality Volumizing Shampoo to thicken your hair.


    Items needed:

    - Hydromax Bathmate (get a size u can grow into)

    - Magnesium bath flakes, Epsom salts, Aphrodesiac synergy blend essential oil

    - Borage or Primrose Oil, Magnesium oil (optional)

    - Lingham cream (optional)

    - Cistanche Herb, Ginko Biloba, Mucuna Pruriens Powder or capsule, Pycnogenol

    - L Arginine & L citruline, L Tyrosine, L glutamine, L Lysine

    - Oyster Extract

    - Raw Fava beans, Pomegranate Juice are very helpful

    - Ketoconazole Shampoo (optional)




    Hope I covered everything, I know this routine is Expensive but I have full confidence that it would work if folled because I feel that it covers everything.

    I've just had a look into Pycnogenol, fava beans and borage oil. The Pycnogenol is very expensive but has promising reviews! I'm keen to hear what other members think about these supplements.

    Just out of interest, what is your injury?

      Pycnogenol is very good for pumping. but I would say Cistanche is a must. Its nickname is "the Stalk enlarger" and from my experience it really brings the blood into the pelvic region. you can research some info about it on google if u want.

      My Injury was from Edging/Ballooning for too long almost everyday, along with chronic masturbation. From doing this I basically damaged my Dorsal vein from holding too much blood in it for too long, And I gave myself a serious varicocele from over masturbation (at least 3 times per day along with Edging). Since I was 22 at the time and my hormones where raging, add that to doing PE and having no girlfriend and you have a recipe for disaster haha. Just want to let the young beginners like me know that if ur irresponsible with PE it can definatly hurt you, some times permanently :/

        Well I don't know about the theory on supplements and exercise, I'm not a doc (are you?) .
        You sure have done some research , thank you for sharing.

        There's nothing interesting about the bathmate routine, this part could be removed in favor of any PE routine.
        In the end, I'm pretty sure the most important part of PE is the routine along with the schedule (enough rest).

          Sorry but if you are implying that HGH and hormones can help PE in any way then you are mistaken. People have used super physiological amounts of HGH and hormones to no avail. Perhaps those hormones could work during puberty but surely can't later. If so bodybuilders, many who also do PE, would have 12 inch penis'

            bizkid - I think the idea of increased HGH is more about improved recovery than directly growing your penis.

              Bizkid -- your wrong. If you fatigue and slightly damage the penis by expanding it then channel the blood there and have optimal HGH flowing to the damaged tissues eventually your penis will heal in the state of enlargement. This happens little by little obviously. If you don't have sufficient growth hormone u cant grow at all

                Popol5169 -- the Supplements that you take can also make a big difference in growth if u get the right ones. (And no im not implying at all that supplements alone will grow your penis)

                  just wondering, i know im going to have to ask a doctor about this but seeing what people have to say. i have had 2 open heart surgeries. im A symptomatic, which means no complications and im able to workout and do everything without restrictions. with that said there is a risk if i over exert my heart. this is due to my mitro valve leaking a little back into the previous chamber causing more pressure then usual, if this happens overtime my heart will enlarge and if it continues for a very very long time then it will be to large for my chest cavity. my question is will all these supplements push this condition or not affect it or may actually help? i know pe is all based around blood flow and some things actual have a very slight good affect. also i am working out pretty hard atm and useing some suppliments like creatine. bcaas, and half dose of preworkout(yes i know the caffine is not great for my heart or body thats why i take half) the exact things i am taking a no-explode bcaa 5000, mega men powdered strength vitapak program, along with udos oil. i know its alot of questions and alot of information but since this intrests you i hope you can give me some insight. thank you for taking the time to read it

                    You definitely should talk to your cardiologist about all of that. The things that encourage blood flow are similar to nitro glycerin. This is absolutely not something you should do on your own and IG is not something to ask strangers on an anonymous site about. Your heart is too important.

                        I understand i have to ask a doctor. but i was trying to get some info about the stuff that is discussed for this routine and have a better understanding of what they are or get advice from people on here about what i should ask. so i dont walk into the doctors office and just be like hey are these things bad for my heart then walk out instead i want to be educated a little about each thing and how it may affect me and discuss it between myself and my doctor and fully grasp if this is an ok thing for me to do

                              Taking more garbage and wasting money won't grow your dick. You can't even PE due to your own inability to do it safely so creating a cocktail of shit like this just is not helpful.

                              Why don't you try it first instead of going all biochemist here at the gym.
