So after a year of PE with the goal of girth, but no length I have decided that I now want to add a little length. I am fresh off of a 2 week decon break. My main goal has always been girth, however I have decided an inch of length would be nice as well so I started hanging 3 days ago and have a couple questions.
1. I have searched and searched, but cannot find any routines. I understand the basics for hanging, but my question is: Do I just hang, or do I also continue to jelq, squeeze, edge? I am doing 3 sets of 20 min. with 5 min. edge and 5 min. rest in between. Then finish with 10-40 min. edging dependable on how I feel and time restraints. My thought is that this gives my penis a chance to completely restore blood flow. I then do bed fowfers for an hour or longer dependable if I fall asleep doing them. I'm not sure if the edging is good, or detrimental in some way I'm not realizing? I guess that's more than 1 question, but any advice is appreciated.
2. I started with 2.5 pounds. Didn't really feel a whole lot, maybe a little skin stretch. So day 2 I upped the weight to 3 pounds. Still don't feel a whole lot of stress, so I am thinking of going up to 4 pounds tonight. Good or bad idea? Should I just stick with the 3 pounds for the first couple weeks, or is it smart to move up slowly until I begin to feel more of a stretch and hopefully reach fatigue at some point?
Any tips or pointers are greatly appreciated. Some things I will learn as I go, but I can never have too much information. Thanx for any help guys.
Little backround: I am using a compression hanger that I built myself. I am hanging btc only for now. 3 sets of 20 min. with low weight. Hanging at night with fowfers after to keep in an extended state as well as I can. Waiting on my anti turtle sleeve to arrive so that I can more efficiently keep him extended for as long as comfortably possible. So far PI's are good and surprisingly I haven't had any serious turtling.

Hello lilbigman, I suggest you move up in weight more slowly. I also suggest not going straight into btc. I could not monitor the tip of my penis well when I do btc and it is important to monitor your wrapping and glans to be sure you Dont get slipping or too much penis blood restriction. The part of moving slowly up in weight is to practice these things so you have them perfectly when you get to higher weight, and to condition your penjs for heavier weights.
It is good to restore blood flow between and after sets.
There are threads dedicated to hanging.
Also some to diy devices.
This is the best I can do as I never used a compression hanger, only the LG Hanger. BigO would be a great guy to ask.
Good luck, be safe.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Thanx kickinthemebs. I have read that. I have also read Bibs hanger forum, and many other hanging related posts. What I was questioning is basically if I started at 2.5 pounds, but not really feeling much is it ok to keep moving up in weight to say 5 pounds right away. Since the beginning weight recommendation is 2.5-5 pounds I would think that this would not only be ok, but possibly a more effective way to maximize my time and routine. Was just curious what others thoughts were. I'm sure I will figure it out myself.
Also I see routines as far as hanging sets, but other than a few things about light jelqing in between sets. I haven't seen anything about actual routines that would incorporate jelqing, squeezes, edging, additional stretches. I mean If you hang is that it? Just hang 3-6, 20 min. sets with 10 min. rest in between sets once a day and that's it? Again I'm sure I will figure it out for myself. Just thought maybe some other guys that have experience in hanging could give a little advise.

Most just hang cos it is intense enough. And time consuming. Jelq in between sets. Its recommended to start at around 3 lbs and increase a lbs a week. This is more for getting your technique right before anything.

Ok, sounds good. What about edging in between sets instead of jelqing? This might seem weird, but the misses wants to be a part of my exercises and so therefore suggested edging in between sets instead of jelqing. Does anyone see any advantages or disadvantages to this approach?

Yeh you could do edging to restore circulation instead of hanging, that would be fine. It might be a bit difficult to edge the more sets you do as your penis can often get a bit exhausted the higher in weight you progress. But I am sure a helping hand will do the job just fine
It would work the same as jelqing, more or less. I can't see anything for or against it more so than jelqing.
