Thread: New Twist to my ADS

I wrap for what I would call a light stretch using the
vac4 and elastic straps around my knee. I do a "figure 8"
around my knee (I use the LG hanger everyday for maybe
1.5 hours for my main stretching).
Anyway, I was thinking of something Dr. Ric and others
have said and decided to twist the end (glans) prior to
the anchoring. So now I have a somewhat twisted
penis when doing ADS. Seems to be a little tighter,
circulation is OK, no problema with that. I'm hoping the
twist with a little tension will be benficial. Maybe not?
I'll let everyone know if this is beneficial down the road????

I proposed bundled stretching in the phallosan as a strategy to enhance girth gains (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post770152) but I haven't really tested the technique. Kickinthemebs was receptive to the idea, but I think he's decided it might be more risk than it's worth:

Yeah, the "proceed with caution" advice is well taken. I think
because my tension is light, I'm OK. I've wore in twisted fashion
for about a week, light tension, but a decent stretch,
about 12 hours a day with no problem, no pain. I think tension is the key
for safety. I'm hoping for a synergistic effect with my LG hanger.

I was doing bundled hanging using my DIY LG. I could only go an hour but I had a full 360 degree bundle.

I'm doing 360 degrees also, but obviously a fraction of the tension
you were doing Nam. Gonna have to try bundles with my LG soon.
I don't want to twist my penis off doing 360's though with a heavy
weight. Better read up on it a little.......................................

Some comments by Dr. Ric on bundles:
A new twist on the LG Hanger, which can also be called the dynamic variable corkscrew penis stretch.
1. Perform a warm-up with heat, attach the LG hanger, initiate a weighted straight down hang for a period of time ( your choice).
2. Rotate the penis one quarter turn during the weighted straight down hang and hold for a period of time ( your choice).
3. Rotate the penis another quarter turn in like manner to 2. Your penis should be rotated a full one half turn at this point.
4. Perform this movement to the left and then to the right, in other words you are rotating your penis under weighted condition with the LG hanger a total of one half turn to the left and one half turn to the right.
5. If you like this exercise in time you can increase the rotation to three quarters or possibly more, do not rush this maneuver though and start off with light weight just to get the best feel.
You will find that such will give you a phenomenal stretch and is a nice variation on the theme of hanging. Again, take it easy at first so you can get the feel of this and once you're comfortable with a certain level you can incrementally increase the rotation and the weight intensity.
This can also be done in a fulcrum configuration but is a more advanced exercise, the above should be mastered first, then a fulcrum configuration can be considered.
The above of course can be done manually as well. I hope that this is helpful, if there any questions please advise.

Thoughts on the bundled stretch's. To date no other hanger that allows you to hang substantial weight also allows you to do bundle stretching. Bundle stretching is hang straight down rotating your hanger clockwise one half turn and then in the counterclockwise delete for 10 minutes for the beginner. I feel after you have been introduced to the hanger and have gone through one month of hanging straight down, this method definitely should be incorporated into your protocol. Start off with 10 minutes clockwise and counterclockwise, approximately 1/2 turn, then straight down, then DTC if you wish. As you progress you can increase the rotation incrementally to three quarters and perhaps a complete turn. Use your intuition and your feel and how comfortable it is as you decide how much to turn the hanger, with practice you can increase the extent of the term.
The mechanism delete through the constructive twisting of the shaft realigns the fibers from a strong linear alignment to a weaker nonlinear alignment. The nonlinear alignment puts them in a weaker configuration permitting substantially greater responsiveness to the stretch of the fibers in the shaft of the penis. Look at it this way, think of all the fibers lined up in a straight line, acting in unison, intuitively you can see that this is the strongest configuration that is possible, when you twist the fibers they're not all lined up in unison and are more isolated therefore causing a weaker configuration and one that is more responsive to stretching.
This is very similar to a fulcrum move, as a fulcrum also Ben's the fibers. You might look at this as a straight down fulcrum move also called bundled move. When I tried this recently, when I went into the vacuum pump I was a full half-inch longer. Observing this indicates to me clearly that this method is here to stay and is one of the defining capabilities of the LG hanger. The clamp hangers cannot do this as it would damage the shaft because where the clamp stops the shaft begins is a very sharp demarcation, and no tissue flexibility is permitted in a twisting scenario without possibly tearing the tissue, if one thinks about this you can see the implications.
After warm-up in a moment or two with straight down hanging the bundles stretches can be performed in the first segment of the hanging process, and generally with less weight, as you complete the bundled stretches to a straight down configuration you can add more weight. Practice with this regarding the weight in the bundles stretches and the straight down.

I find that with the bundle movement you get a tremendous stretch requiring less weight such as 12 to 15 pounds (this is analogous to doing fulcrum which also requires less weight), since doing that I gained half inch fairly quickly, so I encourage the use of bundle stretches as part of your hanging routine most days of the week or perhaps every day. The straight down hanging I start with 10 pounds work up to 20 pounds and then back down again over X amount of time.

The degree of bundle stretch or twisting can be controlled, and each person is different regarding what is optimum. While wearing the hanger in a seated position,for example, one can put a towel over the seat of the chair, the towel will serve, while hanging the LG hanger over it, to prevent twisting from the friction from the towel and the hanger plus of silicone sleeve being in contact. We are currently working on additions to the hanger to optimize the bundled stretch, giving each individual a choice as to the degree they wish. The bib hanger is quite different and does not lend itself to twisting, so what Bigger said does not apply directly to the LG Hanger.

Standing Exercises with LG Hanger.

1. The Pendulum. Not the type for divination, but penis growth. With the LG hanger attached with the appropriate amount of weight, stand the legs sufficiently separated to allow for a pendulum movement between legs. Rock the body so that your penis will come straightforward forward then straight backward. Continue this for an assigned time-based on your degree of experience. When initiating this move for the first time use 50% of the weight that you would normally use for seated Lg Hanger, and perform the movements mildly; with time and experience incrementally increase the time, weight and extent of movement.
2. The Pendulum Fulcrum. This is performed in like manner to the pendulum except rollup a face towel so that it is compacted in a rolled up / cylindrical configuration. To further compress it you could twist the towel to make it even narrower. Place the rolled up towel behind the shaft of your penis between the LG Hanger and your scrotum, while holding the towel pulled tight in front of the legs. Perform the pendulum as indicated above. With the towel in this position you will be accentuating the bending of the shaft as you go back and forth. This is analogous to a seated fulcrum, in this case it’s a dynamic fulcrum or what one might call a pendulum – fulcrum with the shaft of the penis bending/stretching against the towel as the exercise is performed.
3. Reverse The Pendulum Fulcrum. This may be performed similarly as the movement discussed in the previous paragraph. Place a towel in front penis shaft while holding the towel behind your legs with the towel pulled tight. This configuration would be called a reverse pendulum fulcrum movement as it is just the opposite of the movement mentioned in the paragraph above. In other words in the number two, the towel is behind the shaft of the penis and pulled tight across the front of your legs; and number three the towel is in front of penis between the LG hanger and scrotum and full height behind the back of your legs.
4. Pendulum Bundled Fulcrum. To be discussed the concept of the pendulum bundled fulcrum.

More on gains. The manufacturer of the LG hanger gained 2.5". A number of my students have gained 1.5" in only one year, these are the students that stay in touch with me, are dedicated, consistent, and studious. The LG hanger offers a wide latitude of movements that no other hanger can offer, one of my favorite movements would be the straight down bundle stretch. This allows the collagen to be decoupled so to speak and much more receptive to a stretching motion, in contrast to a non-bundle stretch. In other words if your penis is pulled straight out all the collagen fibers are working in unison, if you turn your penis and pull it straight out as you would do in a bundle stretch, the collagen fibers are repositioned and do not work in unison and therefore are more amenable or accommodated to these stretching parameters. A bundle stretch is somewhat similar to a fulcrum, in both cases the fibers in your shaft have been positioned so that they are not working in unison and therefore a favorable position is achieved in terms of growth. This would be considered an intermediate advanced exercise Not for beginners.
In addition, another intermediate advanced exercise would be the standing pendulum motion, where the hanger swings back and forth mildly exercising the muscular base of the penis and straightening the erectile function. Understand the muscles at the base the penis are striated, the same as your biceps, therefore any type of weight movement such as this will build them up. This cannot be performed safely with clapping hangers, nor can the bundle SD be safely performed.
In conclusion, this is my view based on my experience of potential gains, which was mentioned earlier: Generally a person can add approximately 50 percent in length and approximately the same in girth from pre-PE size, provided you approach this in a conscientious, safe. consistent, and knowledgeable way. I give you this percentage because I am always asked the question how much can one expect to grow. Please realize that this is a very approximate percentage, because there is great variability from individual to individual ranging from genetics, enthusiasm, studiousness, patients, consistency and time spent on the process.
In addition the LG hanger has been used no less than 300 times in MD initiated penile surgery, one can go to lghangerllc.com and read the resume of the physician. Such extensive use In a medical setting, it goes without saying, is unprecedented and highly significant.
