I have not been using an ADS for about 8 years. Back in those day I used a penimaster and it was uncomfortable as #&@#. Those damn rubber straps....crazy
I am mainly doing hanging, but I was thinking about getting an ADS to use as kind of a "gain helper".
I currently hang at 25 lbs or more so I dont expect those pesky 6-7 lbs that I see is the max pull force of some hangers will be enough to make me gain, but I do believe that time under tension is important, and that a combination of some really heavy hanging followed by some long time light ADS stretching could be very good to reach new levels of fatigue.
The most important thing for me right now is that it has to be COMFORTABLE TO WEAR. Those vacuum head locks seems to be a lot better than that insanely dangerous and blood restricting rubber strap that was on my penimaster. From looking at the pictures, the phallosan forte seems to be pretty comfortable and also pretty stealthy. Anyone with any experience? Preferably someone not biased towards any specific company :P

I've worn the Phallosan for upwards of 12 consecutive hours with the only breaks being when I had to use the bathroom and then reapply the device (which in total took less than 5 minutes). Its quite comfortable if you use the appropriate amount of suction/vacuum and the appropriate amount of tension for your conditioning level. Wearing the right sleeve and cap size is also very important from a comfort standpoint.
When it comes to stealth, it is pretty stealthy. I've worn it with sweatpants and basketball shorts and it is not at all noticeable if you wear a shirt that crosses your waistline. If you don't or if your shirt lifts up and someone happens to look at your crotch, it pretty much only looks like a penis outline. You can't really tell some type of enlargement device is on your penis. It also depends on how tight your pants are.
Dr. Howard has just added an ADS to his product list on the LG Hanger website. I don't have any experience with that, but it looks high quality and I would guess its pretty comfortable as well.
