Yes, but I believe that if one uses the device properly thou can avoid skintube stretch marks.

Yes, especially if you are genetically prone to either gaining fast or producing stretchmarks. They probably won't be too noticeable when you are erect.

I've never seen a convincing before / after photo sequence showing a penis without and with stretch marks.

If the photo isn't high contrast and zoomed in on the problem areas, and if you don't expect to see them/used to seeing them then you may miss them. Especially if the pictures are erect. In any case I'd rather be an inch longer with stretch marks than shorter without them.

If you gain length very quickly then you might see stretchmarks. This is in spite of whatever method you use for training.
