Well I decided to go for an hour today @ 2 1/2 lbs even though I only scheduled for 30 minutes per day my first week.
After 30 minutes I literally felt nothing. I just hit the 45 mark and am starting to feel it at the top and base of my shaft. Almost like a pulling feeling, I think this is what fatigue is supposed to feel like.
Is it OK to start going for an hour @ 2 1/2 lbs. How should I be upping my weihht/time? I think I'll finish this week out at an hour/day.
I just don't want to rush things. But I feel great down there.

Having sealing issues. The bell is slipping off the sealing cone and I don't know why.
I feel like I'm getting as good of a suction as I can. It's almost like the bell is sliding or slipping off the cone not that it's losing suction.

I think I know why the below keeps sliding off. When I go into the hanger I'm nice and plump. But after about 20 minutes my stretched flaccid size gets so thin that it loses the seal between my shaft and sealing cone along air in. Then the weight pulls the bell right off the sealing cone. I will try the compression sleeve tonight to see if it's any different.
