    Ok so I've been using it for two months now, I went up .25 an inch the first two weeks but that comes from EQ I believe, but it constantly goes back down so it's a lil annoying. One thing I can say though, is that I'm probably not boosting enough the time in, I started with 5 minutes a set, I recently finally got to 7 minutes a set. The Bathmate is the only thing I'm currently doing for PE, I don't really have time or the privacy to do much. Any help would be appreciated.

    Edit: I would also like to state that I feel like my eq is crap, and I thought it was because of over training but Friday was the first day I went from 6 minute sets to 7 and the next day I woke up with a mean hard on. I'm so confused lol

    I've reached my 70th session with my Bathmate and I currently do 3 sets of around about 5 minutes. I find that it helps a lot if you are already well aroused before the first set and I use my first set as a kind of mark for the next 2 sets. My current max length is 18 so in the first 5 minutes I'll pump every 30 or 60 seconds and as long is it feels comfortable I'm probably looking to hit maybe 16.5. I'll then take a minute's rest and shake and rub and maybe have a little stretch and then in my second set I should comfortably get close to maybe 17.5. I repeat this for my third set and depending on how I feel I either stay around the 17.5 mark or shoot for higher. A total duration of 15-20 minutes seems to be my optimum pumping time.

    I've been integrating this routine with stretching and jelqing purely depending upon how I feel on any particular day and it seems to have worked well.

    I have also had time constraints and privacy issues recently (and yes they do play havoc with your PE routine) and have had almost 3 months away from PE, but on my return I reached my longest length ever in my second set back using the Bathmate so for me the previous gains seemed to be well cemented.

    So in a nutshell I think that you have to try everything in your power to create the time for PE as like anything else you only get out what you put in.

    PS One thing that I think really helps is trying to keep your member nicely stretched and plump throughout the day. Luckily I work from home so I'm able to have a quick stretch or 'invigorating' rub every now and then just to keep my member feeling nice and plump. However you could also do this every time you visited the rest room?

    So you only do 5 minute sets for a total of 3 sets? and what do you mean specifically by 16.5, is that centimeters or some other kind of measurement. And I'm going to try to implement some jelqing, see how it goes

    Get a small plastic bucket and you can do all of your bathmate work at your leisure in front of your computer as many sets as necessary reusing the bucket water. That said it is 1x20 minutes in that link.

    That would only be for one set. It should take some time for you to move past that.

    Hi PJ. Basically I will get myself fairly erect or at least 'plump' and then use the X40 for maybe 5-6 minutes, doing a pump every 30-60 seconds. I'm looking to increase my size in the pump but at the same time keeping to a comfortable pressure. After a rest of maybe 60 seconds which includes some shaking, rubbing and light stretching I will then repeat this process a further 2 times, giving a total session time of anywhere between 15-20 minutes. I find this to be more than enough.

    This is similar to weight lifting/weight training where you are gradually increasing the resistance with each set.

    The figures that I mention relate to those on the scale on the pump. I normally only jelq on those days when I haven't used the pump.
