So im hanging 3.75lbs for 6 x 20 sets a day split into 3 in the night and 3 in the morning. Since i stepped up to 3.75 the stretch has felt amazing (SD).
But after a session, the next day i was sore in my ligs(felt good) and the next day i didnt feel like i needed to drop the weight but the soreness has gotten increasingly sore today (still good) but i need to know if its good or not because ultimately there is not enough time for me to heal, at least i think.
