Oh yeah, a simple mod and you can use the lg on your extender, just as good and easy as a peni master pro and cheaper.

Update: my comparison
I now own both devices.
1. Price: Phallogauge (@ 87) vs Phallosan (@364). Strictly in dollars, phallogauge wins.
2. Belt: the foam ring is the same material in both, but phallogauge foam ring is larger. The phallosan belt is better quality. Technically, phallosan has the edge, in terms of quality of the belt. But this really makes no difference. Also, the belts are interchangeable. I can use Phallogauge silicone wrap with phallosan belt and vice versa.
3. The pull / tension. About the same. It really just depends on how you adjust the belt. Phallosan maybe has a bit more, since it sucks on your shroom. Also, I notice that after taking of the phallosan, my shroom is bigger, which Is pretty awesome. But phallogauge gives about the same pull, it seems.
4. Comfort. Phallogauge is actually pretty comfortable if you wrap it just right. But phallosan still wins in this category for sure.
5. Concealment. Phallogauge wins. No bulky bell. Both are pretty discreet, but phallogauge is more discreet.
6. Putting it on and taking it off. About the same. Phallosan, you have to do more things: baby powder, roll the sleeve, pump up, then lock it in. Phallogauge you just have to wrap it up and lock it in. However, you really have to get it right for it to stay comfy, plus it's a bit difficult to wrap it because you have to stretch your wang and wrap it around at the same time. So, it's kind of a tie on this one. But if I had to pick one, I'd say phallogauge wins.
7. Quality of materials. You get what you pay for. See item 1.
8. Customer service. Phallogauge customer service is amazing. The service rep responds to email almost immediately. He even made a video specifically for me to show me how the new strap was different from the old one. Phallosan, I've sent several emails, I'm still waiting for a response. My phallosan was missing sleeves when I received it. I only got 1 sm, 1 med, and 1 large (the ones that come attached to the bells). I didn't get the extra ones that were supposed to come with the order. I really hope they send them to me, because the only one that fits me is the med, and I only have one of those. So far, phallogauge definitely wins in customer service. But I'll probably get an email from phallosan soon, I hope. I'll update this category in a few days.
Overall: Phallogauge I think is a good substitute if you can't afford phallosan. If phallosan truly works, then phallogauge will work too. Phallosan may have the added bonus of making your shroom bigger in the long run though.
Winner: really depends on your budget. If you don't mind spending 275 bucks more, spring for phallosan. Otherwise, phallogauge seems like a reasonable substitute.

I haven't been on the forums lately and I just saw this new device which seems to be using the same concept as the Phallosan Forte. Just basing my opinion from the videos and pictures I've seen I don't think this device will be as good as the PF. The main advantage of any vacuum device over traditional extenders (non vacuum) is that you can use it in moderate to high tension for longer periods without feeling pain/discomfort/circulation problems, but with traditional methods the more tension you use the tighter you will have to choke your penis which will cut off circulation. I don't see this Phallogauge as any different with traditional extender perhaps it's good for low tension but if you want to get more tension judging from what I see you'll have to tighten the wrap to prevent slippage and ultimately cutting off circulation just like any traditional extender in the market.
But my opinion is only based off of what I see and experience with extender devices I always give PE devices the benefit of doubt.

Update: after wearing phallosan for the past few days I must say it is clearly a superior device. Phallogauge is comfortable, but nowhere as comfortable as Phallosan. Also, when you remove phallogauge, it hurts like hell, you have to peel the silicone wrap from your skin. The only real advantage phallogauge has is it is less visible. I'll probably only use it when I'm wearing very light clothing.
Also, julian just responded to me today. So hopefully the missing sleeve thing gets sorted out soon.

Glad to hear that you find Phallosan much more comfortable. I am contemplating getting one. I have an old Vac-2 (from auto-extender.com) extender and I find the device is too bulky and the tension is limited. I want a device that will allow me to wear 8hr+ a day in walking/sitting position. With the extender, I was limited to pretty much just standing position..
Please update your profess with Phallosan Fraankrizzo

I am a delivery driver, so I am getting in and out of the car, walking, sitting, going up stairs, all day. I wear it pretty much all waking hours, like 12-15 hours a day

I've read all the comments, but due to the low price of the Phallogauge, I'll opt for this instead.
OP, are you still using both extenders? If so, could you let us know of any further issues?
Thanks.

My thoughts:
The thing is really tricky to put on, but once I mastered it, the end kept unravelling! Despite being tight, it just wants to slide off.
Update: the black ring is too small, lol, so I can't even use the damn thing.
Gonna return it for a refund. Oh well...Last edited by SpudMash; 08-25-2016 at 10:59 AM.
