I've been trying to hang recently but the head of my penis turns upwards so its not pointing straight down.
It also goes a bit cold..

Any ideas how to fix this?

What are you using for a hanger? Are you saying your penis rotates 180 degrees when hanging? How many minutes does it take to get cold, it's normal for it to get cold at some point.

I'm using a normal hanger. One that looks like the bib
The head just turns up a bit from the weight I guess. It turns slightly forward instead of pointing straight down.
It gets cold after about 5mins I guess from restricted blood flow?

The glans will get cold throughout your session, just make sure it doesn't start to turn blue or get discolored. You may be wrapping too tight, cutting off more blood supply than is healthy. Try to re-wrap a little looser and test that first. Also, make sure the skin on the top of your shaft is getting pulled even with the bottom; as you tighten the skin on the top and pull it towards your pelvis, this can cause the glans to shift upwards.

        Current: BPEL 6.5" MEG 4.75" FL 5.25"

The problem is the hanger isn't straight. The front of the hanger tilts upwards for some reason

Sounds like the weight attachment point isn't forward and centered enough then. Did you make this bib-like hanger yourself?

Need more info to help you.

Hanger type, if homemade give details

How far back are you wrapping, what is your wrap and how much are using.

              How tight is your wrap

Where are you placing your hanger

Are you pulse pushing when tightening

              Are you tightening enough

Answer these questions and I will be back later to see if I can help.

If you have the steel cord issue on top that may cause it also.
