Hey Ace, I gotta question. I'm currently about 1700 hours into my PF, and I've taken some breaks along the way. Had a couple of weeks around the holidays, a couple in January & a week already this month on PF furlough due to a sore that has kept reoccurring on my dorsal nerve due to the DAMN ring! Very painful! Anyway, I noticed I seemed to plateau a bit just before each of those routine pauses, but my expansion after taking a week or 2 off was exponential! The breaks have actually helped generate a "bounce" in my expansion from PF use, IMO.
Just wondering, did you experienced the same "bounce" perhaps during your PF marathon? I'm sticking with my PF for a full year, just to see what I can achieve. It's still working for me, and I'm not planning on stopping until July. Best news is, I've finally found the KEYS and answer to "ring-burn" for me! It works! I'll share it in a separate post on the PF main thread for everyone's benefit!

And your saying your gains came from the pf? I thought those were your measurements for awhile now? And your on a low tension also correct? Because I've logged in some serious hours and haven't gained ANYTHING..and I have to Kram my glan into it Wich didn't even help with glan expansion..
