Really interesting post, Im new to penis enlargement but after doing research the Bathmate and the Phallosen were the 2 products I'm going to use while starting out. Good to see someone do some trial and error before I begin.
A question I have is have you thought to combine supplements that will increase the blood flow to your dick? You've referenced bodybuilding ideals to penis enlargement but from what I have read the goal with PE is to permanently modify the penis tissue to holding more blood flow. Just an thought, interested to see how your progress goes. My goal is to find what Tim Ferriss refers to as the MED (minimal effective dose)

Hey traderace really looking forward like others to seeing the results. I'm in a similar boat but using the SG. My bathmate sessions are restricted to shower time and go from 5 - 15min sessions. Understanding Phallosan is newer on the market than SG this experiment could go along way to proving its worth. With SG having been around for awhile I have read the idea about 1,000 hours giving anywhere from .5 - 1 inch.
Do we have similar SG figures anywhere around the ideal use? Hours per day yielding the best results? Or is it simply the idea of the more time in the extender = more gains. Have we disproved the theory more tension in the SG = less time = less gains?
Again everyone is different of course and different things work for different people. I myself if we go back to the bodybuilding analogy am a hard gainer and where as rest days are important I find if I rest for 2 consecutive days in a row this goes against my gains.

Thanks guys. I think there has to be a balance to what you are doing, meaning hitting your PE goals and enjoying life. I think DataWonk's research that suggests ~11 hours being the ideal time/per day to wear phallosan is helpful for two reasons. 1. It gives data to support the conclusion. 2. It supports a lifestyle that can be maintained. Anything over that makes the PE/life balance get out of wack. The probability of maintaining the regemin out of balance declines over time. Time under tension is key, so whatever one can do to develop something that can be maintained over a long period of time is ideal. It just so happens data shows declining marginal benefit after 11 hours/day. I am keeping at 12 hours/day given these considersations. As for the questions about tension levels, I am planning on increasing the tension over time. I am going to edge it up slightly after every monthy measure. Over time I believe the body has to be pushed a little harder to continue to achieve similar growth levels. Right now I am on moderate green. I am still getting a nice stretch toward the end of each 12 hour session.

I'm doing the same routine, I got crazy scars from hanging that have taken 9 months to heal and are gone now, so for the past 90 days I've been pumping for 2 hours a day and wear my stealthman just hit a little over 1,000 hours with it. I like how it also helps grow your flaccid and avoid as much retraction as possible I've noticed flaccid and erect gains and a solid 7.5 NBPEL now.

Started a very similar routine minus the Bathmate and just finished week 5 with the PF (really great device).
I read around loads before starting and looking for optimal times/tensions and found a really interesting article which I'm basing my experiment around, I've linked it below:

It's a very detailed series of posts but I'd recommend taking the time to read it if you're into the underlying mechanics of PE which are quite different to bodybuilding theories. It makes a lot of sense to me and is the approach I have decided to initially follow for my first 2000 hours.

Phallosan Forte and the Bathmate are both amazing products to the PE community. I personally have seen length gains from fatigue as well. I usually where the sizegenetics everyday.
Traderace tell me if u get any gains. I've been interested in Bathmate and Phallosan Forte for long time report any gains. I soon will be using that combo once I save up the money
