Im not sure if everyone knows this already, but its something I discovered.
When hanging and stretching I make a conscious decision to really completely relax my pc muscle.
Its very light but it makes a big difference I feel. It actually helps me penis "come out" more..if that makes sense.
Almost like a reverse kegel. The thing is..you really have to be aware of it or the pc muscle will automatically tighten up again.
