    Im not sure if everyone knows this already, but its something I discovered.
    When hanging and stretching I make a conscious decision to really completely relax my pc muscle.
    Its very light but it makes a big difference I feel. It actually helps me penis "come out" more..if that makes sense.
    Almost like a reverse kegel. The thing is..you really have to be aware of it or the pc muscle will automatically tighten up again.

    Yup, good point, I have noticed this as well. Especially when I go up to a new weight, I automatically tense up because of the extra pressure. The more you "ease" into the stretch the more comfortable it feels.

      Yep...I've noticed this too even just wearing the Phallosan...especially after being made more aware of the pelvic region because of this site. I still have to make a conscious effort to totally relax and haven't mastered doing this unconsciously yet.
      The name's Tamora...TVR Tamora...with a capital "T".

      Lots of living to do yet unseen and a more stories yet untold!
