Can you hang btc on the edge of your bed bib said he never heard of it I've been doing it and feeling the ligaments stretch but lately I have not been feeling the stress in the ligament. any thoughts?

Hanging on the edge of the bed is fine. Having your legs up on a chair helps helps optimise the stretch.
If your not feeling the stress in the ligaments you might want to increase your sets or weight. You could also try putting a pillow underneath your bum to increase the angle and stress on the ligaments in the btc position.My Extending Journey

Yup, I am doing it RIGHT now
It is the best stretch position for BTC that I have found. Back laying on the bed, ass over the edge, feet up on a chair in front, sound! It gives me a fantastic stretch. Increase weight if you are not feeling the stretch anymore.
