I started using the proextender some time ago. I know it would be good to stretch downwards as much as I can, to stretch the ligaments, but I do that only rarely, since I need privacy for that (long stretch, can't fit in my underwear and everyone would see that). So my extender is mostly pointed upwards. I have an upward curve and wouldn't want to develop a much bigger one. So am I going? I suppose that maybe it'll stay curved just in that spot, where it bends over the base ring and the rest will straighten. I could live with that. Also, will it be efficient if I extend upwards most of the time?
