  • Bathmate Stretches

    Hi, I recently bought a bathmate. I am only looking to gain length so I'm going to do bathmate stretches to supplement my manual stretching. Has anyone here had any gains from bathmate stretches? I came across a guide to bathmate stretches but I have seen very little content about people who do them. I just want to see if it's worth it before I waste my time using the bathmate just for length.

    I don't know much about bathmate stretches but from what I've researched, people have more success with girth than length on that device.

      Yeah, I've also never heard much about length gains from BM. Why don't you do stretches and jelqs. Or even hanging. The BM is more for girth.
      Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

      Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

      Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

        Using the BM for stretches helps to pull more at your base, they give a different stretch. Take it easy in the beginning with them.

          I've got my BathMate just a couple hours ago. If you choose size, that fits, you won't have problems.
