  • PLEASE Help! Want to Avoid Injury

Hey so I just starting wearing my x4 lab extender with VLC tugger clip on mod.

I wear my extender for about 30 mins with tension set at the first line covered.

During this time I do not experience any pain stress or discomfort.

I take my extender off after 30 mins just to check how things are going since im just starting im going slowly and gradually

I notice a purple-ish bump on the bottom of glan near the frenulum! I thought it was a blister and got scarred, but after about 10 mins it went away

It appeared to be an enlarged vein wich is strange because usually you cant ever notice the veins in your glans and I know this has never happend before. Im scarred if I wear my extender for hours a day it could burst and damage the vein. Im still not sure what it is though maybe its not even a vein but it does look like it. Please help I really want to find a way to use my extender

I have a picture but I cant upload because it says file size is to big and its only like 1.7/Mb...

Generally speaking, assure that you no air pockets in that area; they (air pockets) would cause something like that.

    look for resizing in here:

When I was undergoing IV treatments for Cipro toxicity I have my veins punctured MANY times. I can tell you, if you are a healthy person, veins are pretty dang strong material. I think constant compression on the deeper veins would do more damage. I just don't see the TLC tugger putting too much force on the superficial/surface veins of the skin. Capillaries on the other hand are weaker, and IMO more likely to pop before veins.

It will "fix" itself: the body will reabsorb the extracellular fluid.
In order to prevent it happening again, try to limit any areas from becoming focal points of excessive stress or tension.
I am not familiar with the device you are using, but I know from personal experience that using an extender which utilizes silicone bands behind the glans to maintain tension causes me to have the same issue on the dorsal aspect of the corona of my glans, just in front of the silicone band.
It is worse after very extended wear, and clears up within a few minutes.

well there is going to be some sort of air pockets i feel no matter what because the tugger applies around the top of your glans and then pulls to create a vacum like stretch
