Cock Ring and ADS?

My routine consist of Jelqing and manual stretching and after each work out I wear my ADS for 1-3 hours to keep stretched while it is healing.

While I see this as a great way to help with length gains, I don't see how this helps with girth gains. I would figure the longer your unit stays in the 'plump' state the better the girth gains would be.
I spit up my routine doing girth in the morning and stretching in the evening.

My question is would wearing a cock ring after my girth routine and ADS after my length routine be more beneficial?

If so, would wearing both at the same time (after my unit was conditioned enough) be the optimal way to gain?

I can't answer your question directly because I don't know. BUT, be careful wearing a cock ring. I never leave mine on for more than 10 minutes. Your penis needs a fresh supply of blood flowing in it or you can achieve tissue damage. I'm not sure how I feel about wearing a cock ring as a lasting plumper. Why don't you just keep what you're doing and when you are conditioned, CLAMP.

Pay attention to what Gator is telling you. I'm all for getting bigger, but caution needs used while getting there.

The cock ring is by no means as intense as a clamp and of course is worn slightly differently. But keep in mind that stretching can also lead to girth gains as well, just probably not the same way jelqing can.
