How do you guys hide the extender??? I mostly wear jeans, and if i strech my penis to 22cm it must be noticable.

Yeah, I don't know how anyone could wear jeans and get good use out of an extender.....much less have the presence go unnoticed.
Loose-fitting workout gear, warmups, or scrub pants give plenty of room, if you can get by with wearing thoseLi'l Uncle ReamusComment

Unless you are using a small number of rod lengths you should point the extender in the upwards position to wear in public. Clothing that is not tight is advised.Comment

ive always worn jeans with my PF. I havé fat jeans from a few years ago, 38 inch waste, now I fit In 32s. I recently was looking for new pants to wear to work after my jeans started tearing, and decided to buy some dickies. I normally wear 32x32 jeans, or somewhere in that area. But dickies fit differently and I wanted them to be nice and loose so I could move around at work(construction), and I ended up with 34x30. I wear two pairs of boxer briefs underneath and it's not noticeable at all.
So yes, loose pants. Dickies work for me.Comment
