What gains could i expect with 1,5 h ultimate stretching and 20min bathmate x30 pumping?Frequency:Every day
This is an easy routine that after a lot of tries i find it fits to my daily program. My goal was not to quit the program because of not having enough spare time.So this is it.
What gains could i expect (length mainly as it is length orientated).Thank you!

Did you say you plan to stretch for 90minutes and do thirty 20min bathmate sessions (10 hours)?! That sounds like a recipe for some serious overtraining injury.
If you want to go for a high volume routine, I suggest you start at 5minutes stretching and 5minutes bathmate, four days a week (i.e. Mon Tues Thurs Fri). Then increase 1min per day UNTIL you first experience a negative PI (like any decrease in flaccid hang, any pain what-so-ever, any dip in EQ at all), then pause the routine for a week and restart at exercise duration times from 2 weeks back. Then add a one or two week break every 4-6 weeks with the same "two-three week reduction in duration time".

For a man who says he has no spare time that is a long time to stretch and then do bathemate.
What have you done for conditioning?
What have you done previous?
You are going to do this everyday?
I don't see anyone sticking with this long
term and not being counterproductiveImagination expands the mind

Hey guys, I think he means 20 minutes using the "Bathmate X30" model--not 20 minutes 30 times per day. But 90 minutes of stretching is a substantial amount of time.
I am curious what others who have done similar routines have to say (as I can only devote 5-7 hours per day using the Phallosan tension device, combined with 15-20 min of Bathmate per day).
