Like going to the gym you will lose gains if you dont train. Ive been using it for 1 week with stretching and jelking and i am noticing the difference day and night. Keep at it and do other exercises with it. Most importantly have a positive outlook to acheiving your goal

Use it for as long as you can and upgrade when you have to. A lot of the pump sites have a warranty so turn it in before it runs out.

Hi! I bought Bathmate Hercules and joined it with short version of JP90. So I do stretching l/r/u/d/s with 15 kegels with each direction then 100x Jelq, 60 V Jelq and after that I use Bathmate on flaccid penis (4x5 minutes about 13-14 cm on scale). I fill Bathmate with hot water and do all PE training in the bath.

Guys is it better to perform Bathmate training on flaccid or fully erect penis? Is it safe when erect?
And I don´t know how much pressure I sould use with bathmate .. how much cm/inches is safe? I do it with little pain (feel thrust on my penis). Thanks and best luck!

Dang bro you went back a ways on this thread!! Not sure if the OP will be answering, but I can. I started off barely reaching the 6.25 mark on the X30 and now 10 months later, I often go past the bathmate ruler. The tip of my shaft is into the dome just a touch. So probably 7.5 in the tube. In my experience, Bathmate does work for length, although there are better ways than BM to lengthen your dick.
