Hanging and dry jelq
Hi! I'm a newbie and have been testing and reading about PE methods for a while. I think I'm going with hanging (Bib starter) as my main method for length. Length is my goal first. My question is should I include dry jelq in my routine or just hang? I'm struggling to get even 1 hour of hang time per day (4x15 min sets). Dry jelq I can do multiple short sets during the day.
When I dry jelq with very low erection level I can get really good expansion in the head with slow strokes and also there is good stretch in the end of every stroke. I feel that it might do something if done regularly.

Some dry jelqs performed immediately before hanging as a form of "pre-exhaust" can be beneficial. First, as a newbie it would be wise for you to consider a basic routine first. Pre-exhaust methods can be quite intense.

I would say that you definitely should do jelqing along with hanging. Along with the enlargement benefit it is also great for penile health.
